The challenge
Each branch tracked fleet, stock and deliveries its own way, so head office never had a current picture.
Our approach
We unified the data model, built an operations dashboard with live fleet and route status, and phased the rollout branch by branch to avoid a big-bang cutover.
The outcome
Dispatch decisions now happen against live data, and operating costs fell as empty return trips were routed away.
