The challenge
The academy was running enrolment on paper and scheduling on spreadsheets, with tuition tracked in a separate ledger that never quite matched.
Our approach
We built a single platform where administrators manage students, teachers, halaqat and schedules, while parents follow attendance and payments from their own portal. Arabic-first interfaces, hijri-aware scheduling and role-based permissions were part of the design from the start.
The outcome
Onboarding a new term now takes an afternoon instead of a fortnight, and tuition reconciliation happens automatically as payments land.
